Delegates Webster, Armstead, Blair and Carmichael move to
amend the bill on page twelve, section one, line eighty-three,
following the period, by inserting a colon and the following
proviso:
"Provided however, That the member is not eligible for expense
reimbursement if he or she does not attend a meeting or
adjudicatory session in person."
